- Carrots - 1 sliced
- Broccoli - 5 florets
- Peppers - 1 sliced
- Beans - 2-3 strings
- Chicken - 10 small cubes (approx 0.5 lb)
- Chow Mein Noodles - 1/2 pack (I get the La Choy Chow Mein Noodles from Target)
- Sauce - 1/4 cup (I get Kikoman's Stir Free Sauce )
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet
Add Carrots, Broccoli, Peppers, Beans, Chicken & Noodles with Salt & Pepper.
Cover & Cook for 7-10 mins.
Once fully cooked, add Sauce to the skillet.
Cover & Cook for 1-2 mins.
Season with some toasted almonds or sesame seeds! 🙂
Serve with sliced cucumber on the side!
