One of the healthiest and quickest smoothies I’ve made! Juicy, light and oh so refreshing!


Ingredients
- Grapes - 1 bunch
- Cucumber - 1/2
- Blueberries - 2 handful
- Baby Kale - 3 handful
- Banana - 1
- Chia Seeds - 2 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - few drops
- Water or Almond milk - 1.5 cup
Instructions
Slice up your cucumber and BananaÂ
Add all the ingredients in the mixer
Run the mixer for 1 minute
Voila! Healthiest smoothie there ever was! Season the top with some chia 🙂
